Third neck gadget I've tried — the first one I actually use. Had a shiatsu pillow that was too bulky to grab, a massage gun I never used because my arms got tired. This weighs nothing, warms instantly, and I use it while I fold laundry. Finally.

FROM CUSTOMERS
Real people. Filmed on a phone.
Warm in seconds. Hands-free for fifteen minutes.
Most neck gadgets ask you to lie down or hold them in place. NeckPulse rests on your neck, warms up in about 3 seconds, adds a gentle micro-pulse, and switches itself off after 15 minutes.
Nothing to peel. Nothing to plug in.
No sticky pads to rebuy and no cord across your desk. It charges by USB-C and runs about 10–12 sessions per charge.
Built on what Physical Therapists already use.
“In my clinic, I use heat and electrical muscle stimulation to help tight neck and shoulder muscles release. NeckPulse puts both into a small pendant you can wear at home or at your desk. For everyday tension from screens and long workdays, it is a simple way to bring some of that clinic routine into 15 minutes of your day.”

Why NeckPulse works when others don't
A 2-ounce pendant you'll actually wear, instead of a bulky massager that lives in a drawer.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Everything you need to know about NeckPulse.
The product
What is NeckPulse?
A cordless 2-oz pendant that combines warmth and a gentle micro-pulse to help the back of your neck and upper shoulders relax. Rest it on, press power, keep going.
Is it like a shiatsu massager?
No. There are no kneading rollers. It uses heat and a gentle pulse instead, which is why it's light enough to wear while you work.
What's in the box?
NeckPulse, a USB-C cable, a mini spray bottle and a user manual.
How to use it
What does it feel like?
Steady warmth plus a soft, rhythmic tapping across your upper shoulders. Noticeable, never sharp. Most people settle somewhere in the middle levels after a week.
I can barely feel anything. What's wrong?
Almost always dry skin. Mist the back of your neck, make sure both contacts sit flat on skin (not hair), check it's charged and not in heat-only mode, then turn it up gradually.
How often can I use it?
Two or three 15-minute sessions a day is comfortable for most people. Leave 30 minutes between back-to-back sessions.
Safety & battery
Who should not use NeckPulse?
Don't use it with a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic device. Talk to your doctor first if you're pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition, or recent neck or shoulder surgery. Use only on the back of the neck, never the front or sides, and not on broken or irritated skin. For relaxation and general wellness; not a medical device.
How long does a charge last?
About 10–12 sessions. A full USB-C charge takes about 90 minutes.
Shipping & returns
How fast will it arrive?
Free US shipping on every order, with tracking. Orders ship in 1–2 business days.
What if I don't love it?
Email support@beosync.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you.

Tight traps, meet your off-switch
What people say after their first 30 days with the NeckPulse.
12-hour shifts, scrubs, constant leaning over patients. I come home, change, throw this on while I eat dinner. The heat hits in like 3 seconds and I don't have to hold anything. I've recommended it to half my unit.
I live at my laptop and by 3pm my shoulders are up by my ears. Clipped this on during a Zoom call, nobody noticed, and by the time it clicked off at 15 minutes my traps had actually let go. First "wellness gadget" I've bought that I use every single day.
